Thursday after work Eurythmy class

 The new term has started, but it still feels very much like hibernation time in some ways. It is dark before I get home most days and it is still very much winter. The autumn and winter is a time when we are generally much more attuned to and focused on our inner needs and in listening to ourselves, whereas in the spring and summer we are busy with being in the world and enjoying the abundance of nature and the warmth (if there is any!).
