 The new term has started, but it still feels very much like hibernation time in some ways. It is dark before I get home most days and it is still very much winter. The autumn and winter is a time when we are generally much more attuned to and focused on our inner needs and in listening to ourselves, whereas in the spring and summer we are busy with being in the world and enjoying the abundance of nature and the warmth (if there is any!). Thursday ‘After Work’ Eurythmy Class starting 14th September

It’s the last weekend of ‘the festival’ here in Edinburgh and the city will soon return to it’s normal rhythm. The summer has gone rather fast again this year and it has taken me a bit longer to plan my autumn eurythmy sessions than I thought. This has largely been due to getting regular eurythmy work on Tuesdays, which means I will have to change my Tuesday evening class to a Thursday ‘After Work’ class running from 5.30 – 6.30 pm. Eurythmy Evening Classes starting 2nd May

How do you ensure you have time during the week to reconnect with yourself? Maybe with a quiet cup of coffe/tea or a glass of wine? Do you meditate – or try, or maybe do yoga or another kind of movement class or exercise? Do you find it hard to make time for these things and just grab whatever moment you can?
